About Sarah

Sarah is the creator and founder of Loved Fearlessly. ​Over the past decade, Sarah has been on a personal ​self-discovery and healing journey to shift her ​consciousness and reawaken her soul. Making the ​necessary changes, she now lives a fully holistic lifestyle.

Sarah’s previous struggles with past trauma and ​mental health have driven her to seek alternative ​modalities for support. These modalities have been a ​profound catalyst for her personal growth, helping to ​shed baggage and transform her life.

From experiencing the depths of depression to ​grappling with thoughts of suicide, she understands ​the desire to escape and the need for healing.

Sarah is passionate about working with women ​who are willing to dive deeper, confront their ​hidden parts, and seek answers within themselves.

Connection Touch Massage:

Connection Touch is a powerful 2-hour session of worship, reverence and worth in a safe and sacred space.

During your massage, you are fully naked while having the pleasure to explore sensation, sensuality and therapist-held intimacy. All with no ​sexual connotation or expectation. Just for you to be present with your body, your pain, your pleasure, your trauma and your desires.

It involves NO genital touch.

In this sacred space, everything is welcome, including the your menstrual cycle, if your're bleeding at the time of our session know that it is ​safe and normal to still receive a Connection Touch Massage.

During a Connection Touch massage, Sarah uses firm and light touch, EFT, movement, breath, and sound to stimulate sensation and ​blood flow in the body to bring awareness to what needs to be felt and released.

What is included in your Connection Touch Session (approx. 2-hours):

• Welcome, discussion and intention setting
  
• Foot bath ritual with essential oils* *notify practitioner of any allergies or sensitivities
  
• Undressing ceremony
  
• Full back massage including arms, shoulders, back, buttocks and legs
  
• Full front massage including face, hair, neck, shoulders, breasts, belly, and legs
  
• Re-dressing ceremony
  
• Integration and debrief
  
• Australian Bush Flower Essences combination blend to take home
  
• 30-minute debrief session via Zoom 7-10 days following the session to discuss anything that may have arisen since the Connection ​Touch Therapy session

Sacral Somatic Therapy Session/Yoni Ceremony:

Sacral Somatic therapy is an ancient and sacred practice that takes a holistic approach to female sexual health and awakening, ​Exploring the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self to connect to your unlimited creative power.

This service involves a full body massage including the breasts, buttocks and with full-bodied consent, can also involve the external vulva ​and internal vagina. These sessions may also include yoni mapping and de-armouring. Your yoni may hold energetic, emotional and ​physical blockages, which keep us feeling disassociated. Memories and trauma may be held in your yoni's muscle and fascia and there ​can also be a presence of numbness.

The word yoni is Sanskrit for ‘sacred cave’ and in this unique tantric healing modality, accessing your sacred cave brings you back into ​your body to gain a better understanding of your energy and pleasure. Allowing the space for releasing trauma and stuck emotional energy ​to bring about deep healing, awakening and liberation.

In a Sacral Somatics session, you will be held with reverence and be worshiped, with no expectations or judgement. In this sacred ​space, all of you is welcomed and will be embraced in therapist-held intimacy.

Closing of the Bones Ceremony- COTB

Closing of the Bones is a ceremonial practice originating from South America, used traditionally for the post-natal woman ​to support and honour her transition into motherhood. COTB can be used at any stage of a woman's life regardless of ​whether she has given birth or not.

This ceremony assists women to come back into your body during times of change. This could be career changes, divorce, ​menopause, illness, grief, loss, trauma and so much more. The ceremony also offers support emotionally, spiritually and physically ​to bring a sense of closure, grounding and renewal.

During the ceremony, holding touch is used to the head, feet, legs and thighs. EFT, movement, breath, and sound may also be ​used whilst wrapping your body in Rebozo cloth. Rebozos serve as a safe compression allowing you to fully surrender while being ​fully held, loved and nurtured.

Closing of the Bones especially supports the integration and grounding process after a Sacral Somatics Therapy session ​and can be added at an additional cost. Contact your practitioner for further information on packages.

Emotional Freedom Technique: (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique – also known as EFT or Tapping – is an evidence-based modality that can rewire the ​brain’s stress response. Tapping certain acupressure and meridian points on the body sends calming signals to the ​amygdala and hippocampus, the stress center of the brain. Tapping on the acupressure points allows the body and the ​brain to release associations of negative experiences, emotions, and thoughts.

Tapping assists in bringing you back into emotional balance and significantly reduces psychological stress, restoring ​balance to your disrupted energy.

EFT is incorporated into all sessions to assist with relieving symptoms of a negative experience or emotion.
