Sacral Somatic Therapy Session/ Yoni Ceremony
Sacral Somatic Therapy is an ancient and sacred practice that takes a holistic healing approach to female sexual health and awakening. It is a powerful journey that explores the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being, guiding you to reconnect with your unlimited creative energy.
This session involves a
full-body massage,
including the breasts and buttocks, and, with your full consent, may also include the external vulva and internal vagina. In some cases, the session may also include yoni mapping and de-armouring. Your yoni, meaning ‘sacred cave’ in Sanskrit, can hold emotional, physical, and energetic blockages that lead to feelings of disconnection, numbness, or trauma. These blockages are often stored in the muscle tissue and fascia and may prevent you from experiencing full vitality and pleasure.

In this sacred and tantric healing practice, your yoni brings you back into your body, helping you reconnect with your energy and pleasure. It allows space to release trauma and stuck emotions, facilitating deep healing, awakening, and liberation.

During the Sacral Somatic session, you will be held in reverence, free of expectation or judgment. All parts of you will be welcome and embraced in this sacred space.

In this space everything is welcome , including your menstrual cycle. If you are menstruating, it is safe and completely normal to receive a Sacral Somatic Therapy session.

Throughout the session, Sarah uses a combination of firm and light touch, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), breathwork, movement, and sound to stimulate sensation and blood flow, bringing awareness to areas in need of release and healing.
What is included in your Sacral Somatics Therapy session (approx. 2.5-3 hours):
Welcome, discussion and intention setting
Foot bath ritual with essential oils (notify your practitioner of any allergies or sensitivities)
Undressing ceremony
Full back massage including arms, shoulders, back, buttocks and legs
Full front massage including face, hair, neck, shoulders, breasts, belly, and legs
External vulva massage with full bodied consent, if given
Internal vaginal massage with full bodied consent, if given
Re-dressing ceremony
Integration and debrief
Australian Bush Flower Essences combination blend to take home
30-minute debrief session via Zoom 7-10 days following the session to discuss anything that may have arisen since the Sacral Somatic Therapy session
Closing of the Bones Ceremony may be added to your Sacral Somatics session at an additional cost. Please contact your practitioner for more information.

Important Note: This session is one-way touch only. There is no sexual intercourse or gratification involved during a Sacral Somatic Therapy session as this is a deeply sacred and reverent practice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Please note that refunds are not available for cancellations. However, you may reschedule your Connection Touch session to the next available date that suits you. If you cancel your session within 7 days of the scheduled date, a $100 fee will be deducted from your payment to cover room booking and preparation costs.
